Client was stopped by the Plano Police Department and drugs were found in his pocket. Our office immediately recognized that the the Plano police officer conducted an illegal traffic stop of the client. A hearing in front of the judge resulted in all the evidence being thrown out of court and all charges were dropped. Case dismissed.
